ROUND HELP

Get help with a stuck round or a cashout question in minutes

Our support desk handles Crash or Cash questions through live chat every day from noon to midnight Bangladesh time. If a round result looks wrong or a cashout didn't register, open the chat bubble in the bottom right, paste your round ID from the history tab, and the agent will check the server log while you wait. For balance questions outside those hours, send your account email and round timestamp to support@2444 and we'll reply by the next morning with the transaction record.

Team online

Live chat

Open the bubble in the lobby, describe the round issue and share your round ID. The agent can pull the server result and compare it to what you saw on screen, usually within two or three minutes.

Round history

Every Crash or Cash session you play appears in the history tab with the timestamp, your stake, the multiplier you cashed at, and the final crash point. Download the CSV if you need records for your own tracking.

Email fallback

Outside chat hours, send your question to support@2444 with your account email and the round timestamp. We'll check the log and reply by the next business morning with the server result and your balance update.

Watch the multiplier climb and cash out before it crashes

Crash or Cash is a live multiplier game where you decide when to take your stake off the curve. Each round starts at 1.00x and climbs in real time—sometimes to 2x, sometimes to 10x or higher. Your job is to cash out before the graph crashes. Wait too long and the round ends with nothing; cash out early and you lock the

multiplier showing on screen. We stream every round through Spribe and Turbo Games so you see the same curve whether you're on mobile in Chittagong or desktop at home. The result is provably fair, the session never pauses, and your balance updates the instant you hit the button. Our Crash or Cash rooms also track recent multipliers in the sidebar so you

can study the rhythm before you stake.

FAIR PLAY

Provably fair engine and live server seeds for every round

We run Crash or Cash on a provably fair algorithm that publishes the server seed before each round starts. You can verify any result by comparing the seed, your client hash, and the final multiplier through the checker link in the game footer. Spribe and Turbo Games both hold third-party fairness certificates that audit the random-number generation every quarter, and we display those cert numbers in our trust page. No round outcome is decided after you cash out; the crash point is locked the instant the round begins, so your timing is the only variable that matters.

Provably fair seeds

Before each round we publish a hashed server seed. After the round ends you can check the unhashed seed, your client seed and the multiplier through the verification link to confirm the result was set before the graph started climbing.

Third-party audits

Spribe and Turbo Games hold quarterly fairness audits from independent labs. We link the current certificates in our game footer so you can read the RNG methodology and the test results yourself.

Live result log

Every Crash or Cash round we host is recorded in the public result feed with the timestamp, final multiplier, and server seed hash. The feed updates in real time so you can study recent crash points before you play.

SSL session security

We encrypt your Crash or Cash session with TLS 1.3 so your stakes, cashouts, and balance never travel in plain text. Your login token expires after fifteen minutes of inactivity to keep your account secure on shared devices.

CRASH TITLES

Launch Aviator, JetX or our Crash Energy room in one tap

We carry the crash games Bangladesh players open most: Aviator from Spribe, JetX from SmartSoft, and our own Crash Energy room with lower minimum stakes for mobile sessions. Each title shows the live multiplier graph, recent round history, and a cash-out button that responds in under half a second. You can switch between rooms without closing your wallet, compare the curves side by side, and jump into the next round the moment you're ready. All three titles run on the same provably fair engine so every result is checkable, and the lobby updates your balance across games in real time.

Common words you'll see in Crash or Cash rooms

Below are the terms that appear in our Crash or Cash interface, recent-round feeds, and help articles. Each definition is written the way our support desk explains it.

What does multiplier mean in Crash or Cash?

The multiplier is the number that climbs in real time from 1.00x upward each round. Your potential win equals your stake times the current multiplier, and you lock that amount the instant you cash out before the crash.

What is a crash point?

The crash point is the multiplier at which the round ends. It's decided by the server seed before the graph starts climbing, and it can land anywhere from 1.00x to hundreds of times your stake depending on the random result.

What does provably fair mean?

Provably fair means the crash point is generated from a server seed published before the round begins, so you can verify afterward that the result wasn't changed. Every Crash or Cash round we host includes a verification link in the game footer.

What is auto cashout?

Auto cashout is a setting that cashes you out automatically when the multiplier reaches the threshold you choose. Set it to 2.00x and the system will lock your win at exactly two times your stake if the round climbs that high.

What does round ID mean?

The round ID is the unique identifier for each Crash or Cash session. You'll find it in your history tab and you'll need it if you contact support about a result dispute or a cashout that didn't register on your balance.

What is server seed?

The server seed is the random input the game uses to calculate the crash point before the round starts. We hash and publish it at the beginning so you can verify later that the result was locked in before anyone placed a stake.

Answers to the Crash or Cash questions we hear most

These are the questions Bangladesh players ask our chat desk about Crash or Cash. If yours isn't here, open the live-chat bubble or send it to support@2444 and we'll answer within a few hours.

Yes. Our Crash or Cash lobby runs on 4G or Wi-Fi and the graph updates in real time with under 200 KB per round. The mobile layout stacks the curve, cash-out button and balance vertically so you never scroll mid-session, and the tap registers in under half a second.

Most bKash deposits appear in your 2444 wallet within sixty seconds. Open your bKash app, send to the account number we show, confirm with your PIN, then return to the lobby and your balance will update before the next round starts.

If your session drops mid-round, the server treats it as if you did not cash out. The round will finish, and if you set an auto-cashout threshold before you disconnected, the system will honor that and lock your win at the multiplier you specified.

Yes. Open your round history, copy the round ID, then click the provably fair link in the game footer. Paste the server seed, client seed and crash point into the checker and it will confirm whether the result matches the published seed from before the round began.

Aviator and JetX usually start at 20 Taka per round, while our Crash Energy room drops to 10 Taka so you can test the rhythm on a small stake. Maximum stake varies by title, typically capping around 5,000 Taka per round to keep the rooms balanced.

Open your account wallet, choose withdrawal, pick Nagad or Rocket, enter the amount and your registered mobile number, then confirm. We verify your KYC status and send the transfer, which usually lands in your wallet within two to eight hours depending on the payment rail.
